Lack of Coverage and Missing Messages
If you have poor coverage or messages are missing, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
- Make certain the Hub Antennas are properly inserted and tightened.
- Move the Hub to a higher, more central location.
- Make sure there are no major obstructions in the immediate location of the Hub. (i.e., stainless steel, ductwork, brick walls, freezers, etc.).
